CONTRACT BOND
This contract agreement is made
the 27th April 1999 between Chief Dada Jago & RoyalCrown security
Com.Ltd
hereinafter referred to as the
depositor (which expression, shall where the context so admits include his
heirs, assigns, executors administrators and successors in title) of the one
part. ROYAL CROWN SECURITY COMPANY LTD., Hereinafter referred to as
the depositary which expression shall where the context so admits include
the assigns, executors, administrators and manages in title) of the other
part.
WHEREAS:
1.The depositor this day deposits
one trunk box in good condition with the depositary.
2. The depositor is the absolute
owner of valuables contained in the one (1) trunk box. SERIAL
NUMBER
0001576/CB with the
SECURITY CODE NUMBER RCSC/NG/492045/99
3. The depositary has agreed with
the depositor to handle the herein above described trunk boxes as an
unconditional and irrevocable gift to the depositor partner subject to the
terms and conditions hereinafter contain.
4.The depositor agrees with the
depositary that the trunk boxes so deposited is valued at $.......million
U.S. Dollars.
THE DEPOSITOR HEREBY COVENANT
WITH THE DEPOSITARY
A. The depositary to notify the
depositor in writing of any changes in subject terms and conditions herein
after contained within three (3)
days.
B. In case of death of depositor,
the consignment can only be released to the foreign partner of the depositor
with the consent of the next of kin,Mr Nash Chovek
C. The depositor or his next of
kin to collect the said trunk box from the depositary on notice in a
destination agreed upon by the parties involved.
D. The depositary will pay the
sum of $28.5million U.S. Dollars to the depositor in event of lost, damage
or mishandling of the said trunk boxes.
E. The depositor should notify
the depositary in writing within three (3) days. For final dispatch
destination of the trunk box. and mode of collection at the depositary
affiliated CENTER.
F. The depositary is liable and
solely responsible for the handling, management and safety of the said trunk
box
This agreement is made in writing
where of the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands or make
their marks and seals this day
and year above written. According to the state Security Edit of July 1981.
A breach of Agreement by any of
the parties is violation of applicable law.
