arrangement for the fund to be declared 'UNCLAIMABLE'
and then be subsequnently donated to the trust fund
for Arms and Ammunition which will further enhance the
course of war in Africa and the world in general.
In order to avert this negative development, myslf and
some of my trusted colleagues in the bank now seek for

First they accused me of bad manners, and I never told them my doubts in them, I
was polite...I asked for the explanation from them, and they ignore it, no "exuse
us" or "sorry for our mistake" in their message...And they are supposed to be
high ranking officers in a Central bank!!! Does this sound logicall to you? In a
real big bank, I think, they do not put just anybody in responce of payment
inspections! May be I am wrong, I am not sure, but I'd ask them, in a kind way,
for some proofs for what they claim they are. Here I expect suggestions from
you, because you know the bank's business better then I do...
And, on top of everything is the level of English their mail was written. As if
they have a mad cow disease! I marked red in their last mail the parts that are
as if it was written by a person that has an IQ of a chimpanzee! See here and

learn English better, or use services of an translator!! Nowdays, even blonde
secretaries speak English better...
I am not a businessman on that level and my English is far from perfect, but it
